True Revive Xpert is a locally owned and operated cleaning business based in Queenstown and serving the wider Central Otago region. We help homeowners, landlords, Airbnb hosts and businesses with carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, couch cleaning, curtain cleaning, mattress cleaning, difficult stain removal and flood restoration across Queenstown, Wanaka, Cromwell, Alexandra, Clyde and the surrounding areas.

We started with a simple belief: cleaning should be done properly, with products that actually work and won't harm your family, your carpets, or the environment. That belief drives everything we do -- from the equipment we invest in to the products we develop and use on every job.

Ivan founded True Revive Xpert with a commitment to bringing professional-grade cleaning to every home in the region. Not satisfied with what was available on the market, he developed the Number One formula -- a hydrogen peroxide-based, wool-safe, bleach-free product that outperforms anything available off the shelf.

A lot of our work sits outside routine cleaning: old pet urine odour, red wine and coffee stains, rental and Airbnb fabric damage, water-damaged carpet, musty curtains, stained couches and mattresses that need careful treatment rather than guesswork. We assess the surface first, explain realistic limits and choose the safest process for the material.

That is the difference between a general carpet clean and restoration work. Cat urine, returning odour, underlay contamination, dye transfer, flood residue and delicate upholstery all need testing, chemistry and restraint. If replacement or repair is the honest answer, we will say so before wasting your money on the wrong treatment.
